... i brought a 700 dollar something desktop computer brand new . . and I still can't play this game with good graphics . . makes me so :((( I'm not a computer genius either so I want to enjoy the game but I just can't get it.

hey I have sl and when i wonna tick basic shaders, it wont let me, i cant because its like....blurd out...like it just wont let me help!!

GTS 250 (any brand will do, I have a BFG Tech.) is a good card. Lower high end, but defenatly higher than mid range. Its more energy efficient than the 9800GT, which means you only need one 6-pin cable instead of 2. Its price ranges from $130 - $170. I recommend getting the 1GB version as opposed to 512MB. The extra price is worth it.Now, many hardware factors will determine performance, but with this card, I have no system lag at all. Let me know if you need more info.

Torley, I've watched big bunch of your tutorials, thanks alot!!I just wanna know, I'm getting a new computer, 1TB harddrive and 4 gig RAM, Nvidia geForce G210, 512 mb. Is there any way to get the lights and shadows on you? I've watched those viewer stuff but they never post links to help or something. I'm gonna watch your: How to easily boost viewer performance vid, cya, guys!
