the sound I want to convert starts off as 100 htz. Changing it to the correct hertz rate makes it sound like it sucked a butt load of helium. How do I get it to not do that?

ok, here's a question for ya'll, how can a sound that's 2 sec long, 24bit, 44.1khz, and wav(pcm) format fail to upload?

Here's a question. How do you upload comments on YouTube videos? It has to be simple, but I don't know how.
